入选标准
- •1.年龄≥18 岁，≤75 岁；
- •2.诊断十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔，急诊行腹腔镜十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔修补术，术后病理支持；
- •3.意识清醒，无沟通障碍，能回答并完成问卷；
- •4.愿意参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。
排除标准
- •3.ASA 分级＞Ⅲ级；
- •4.严重营养不良（BMI<18.5 kg/m^2）。
