Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age \> 60 yrs of either sex and those who consented
  • •2\.Accepted co\-morbidities:
  • •Hypertension,Diabetes mellitus,
  • •Cerebrovascular disease,
  • •Peripheral vascular disease,
  • •Post menopausal osteoporosis,Osteoarthritis
  • •3\.Malignancy
  • •4\.Pt. on Chemotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age \< 60yrs
  • •2\.Declined consent.
  • •3\.Acute serious illness(MI, stroke, sepsis, electrolyte disturbances)
