Inclusion Criteria

1. Age more than 40 years
2. Pain 4-12 months
3. No pain at rest
4. Pain more than 3 cm.
5. Pain end range of motion of shoulder
6. Passive range of motion in external rotation less than 50% and decrease range of motion more than 25% in abduction, forward flexion or internal rotation
7. Non pregnancy

Exclusion Criteria

1. Fracture of shoulder
2. Acute inflammation
3. Loss sensation
4. Cancer or infection
5. Neck pain and refer pain to shoulder and hand
6. Open wound
7. On cardiac pacemaker
