1) Patients who complain of symptoms of more than 3 months of age who are 40 to 65 years of age who do not have improvement in medication or physical therapy.
2) Patients with 3 or 4 cartilage defect classified by the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS) for the degree of damage to cartilage
3) Patients with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 3 or higher, which is a pain assessment score
4) Patients with cartilage damage over 2 cm × 2 cm, 10 cm × 10 cm or less
1) Patients with a grade 2 or lower degree of cartilage damage classified by the International Cartilage Repair Society (ICRS)
2) A person who has injected (steroid or Hyaluronic acid) into the sinus joint within the last 3 months
3) Patients with inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or septic arthritis
4) Patients with a history of ligament reconstruction and stem cell therapy
5) Patients with simple radiographic imaging (X-ray) arthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade IV)
6) Patients currently being treated for systemic autoimmune disease
