Inclusion Criteria
Patients scheduled for orthodontic Class II treatment with Herbst appliance indenpendently of trial,
posterior airway space on the level of line ML < 10mm (lateral cephalogram), written consent of patients and parents
Exclusion Criteria
Craniofacial abnormalities, neuromuscular diseases, heart-lung diseases, implanted heart pacemaker, chronic lung disease, Asthma bronchiale (either untreated or medically treated)
