- •1Patients posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring Endotracheal intubation.
- •2Age: 1 to 5 yrs
- •3Gender: Either gender.
- •4ASA I & II
排除标准
- •1Patients with difficult airway:
- •Mouth opening of <2cm, Mallampatti class IV, limited neck extention, Anatomical abnormality of airway
- •2Abnormal airway anatomy
- •3URTI (upper respiratory tract infection)
- •4Preexisting laryngeal or tracheal pathology
- •ï¿½?Patientâ??s parents/guardian not willing for participation
