Healthy heath-care workers:
â€Frequency of hand washing > 10 times/shift (8 hours)
â€Working time more than 8 shifts/2 weeks
â€Willing to refrain from using any other hand lotions/creams except those dispense for the study
â€Willing to stop using current hand lotions/creams for 2 weeks (wash out period)
â€Active skin diseases of their hands
â€Use of anti-inflammatory drugs
â€Use of immunosuppressive drugs
â€Regularly use of high dose antihistamine
â€History of allergic to substances containing in the study products
