Inclusion Criteria

Antenatally diagnosed intra-uterine growth-restricted neonates of >=28 weeks gestation delivered at AIIMS, Rishikesh.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Neonates born to mother with

a. Hemodynamic instability

b. Placental previa/abruption

c. Postpartum hemorrhage

d. Multiple gestation: Monochorionic twins.

e. Rh negative sensitized pregnancy.

2. Neonate requiring resuscitation

3. Major congenital malformation

4. Fetal Hydrops

5. Failure to give consent
