- •Women over 65 years old
排除标准
- •Engaging in exercise programs in the six months preceding the beginning of the experimental design; consumption of nutritional supplements and anabolic steroids in the six months preceding the beginning of the experimental protocol; adherence to restrictive diets; nephropathies, hyper or hypothyroidism, cancer, or obstructive lung disease; untreated arterial hypertension; diabetes mellitus; body mass index greater than 35 kg / m2; smoker; cognitive impairment; any cardiovascular, neurological or musculoskeletal problem that makes physical exercise unfeasible.
