1. Individual must be 18 years to 50 years.
2. Must be in need of the ceramic veneer restoration in anterior tooth.
3. Must be in good general health.
4. Must be available for the required post-operative follow-up visits.
5. Tooth must be vital, with no pulpal involvement or periodontal disease.
1. Rampant uncontrolled caries or advanced untreated periodontal disease.
2. Evidence of severe bruxism or clenching; or in need of TMJ-related therapy.
3. Tooth with symptoms of pulpal or periapical pathology.
4. Tooth that is non-vital or had root canal therapy.
5. Tooth that has been pulp capped; or with near or actual exposure.
6. Tooth that has little remaining tooth structure and requires extensive core build-up.
