入选标准
- •1.Males and females in the age group 20-65 years.
- •2.They should be medical patients.
- •3.They should be clinically stable i.e,absence of myocardial ischaemia and the absence of clinically important hypotension.
- •4.The patients should have received >24hr of ventilator support.
排除标准
- •1.Age<= 18years >65 years
- •2.If survival <48 hours
- •3.Intracranial hypertension, neuromuscular disease,pregnancy
- •4.Haemodynamically unstable patients,or on high dose vasopressor or inotropes.
