Inclusion Criteria
Patient who was diagnosed intertrochanteric fracture and classified as Evan type I (stable type)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient whose preoperative radiographies could not be obtained
2. Patient who was treated with fixation material except DHS
3. Medical history of previous open hip surgery
4. Patient who was suspected of pathological fracture
5. Polytrauma
