1. Infertility patients diagnosed with severe Ashman's syndrome through hysteroscopic screening despite the treatment of at least 2 cycles of hormone therapy, the patient was found to have a history of rare menstruation or a maximum thickness of less than 6 mm
2. Body mass index <30kg / m2
3. Who wants to get pregnant
4. Those without abnormal findings in preoperative examination
5. The patient decided to participate in the study and both the subject and the spouse signed the agreement
1.Hemoglobin < 10.0, Platelet<130,000 or other hematologic diseases
2.Currently suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease
3.Uterine or pelvic conditions required additional treatment for pregnancy (uterine anomaly, submucosal myoma, adenomyosis with an antero-posterior diameter of 7 cm or more, Severe endometriosis stage 3-4)
4.Uncontrolled endocrine or medical illness.
5. A person who has been judged to be inappropriate medically by the clinical trial researcher
