Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All diabetic patients with Diabetic macular edema (treatment naive)on ss-oct
  • All grades of Diabetic retinopathy
  • Age above 45 years
  • cataract surgery morethan 3month old
  • axial length 22-24mm

Exclusion Criteria

  • Other diabetic retinopathy complications
  • other diseases causing macular edema
  • S/P pan retinal photocoagulation
  • S/P ocular surgeries except cataract more than 3months
