Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All diabetic patients with Diabetic macular edema (treatment naive)on ss-oct
- •All grades of Diabetic retinopathy
- •Age above 45 years
- •cataract surgery morethan 3month old
- •axial length 22-24mm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Other diabetic retinopathy complications
- •other diseases causing macular edema
- •S/P pan retinal photocoagulation
- •S/P ocular surgeries except cataract more than 3months
