- •patient going to elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
- •ASA physical status <=III
- •Age >= 20 years old
排除标准
- •allergic to local anesthesia and drug that used in protocol
- •progressive neurological deficit
- •history of chronic pain
- •history of drug abuse
- •prepregnancy BMI>30 kg/m2
