The study is conducted with the patients who received thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer at Kyungpook National University Hospital.
1) Patients with very severe pleural adhesion on the ipsilateral side of surgery
2) Patients who have had lung resection on the ipsilateral side of the chest
3) Patients who underwent reoperation due to postoperative complications
4) Those who are chronically taking or abusing analgesics or sedatives
5) Patients who do not understand objective indicators such as pain scores
6) ECOG 3 or higher
7) Patients who refuse to participate in the study
8) Minors under the age of 18
