Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age 20\-40 years
  • •Unilateral upper\-extremity pain, paresthesia, or numbnessl
  • •Diagnosed by the Orthopedician with X ray Investigation for the Cervical
  • •3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
  • •\- Upper\-Limb Tension Test
  • •Annexure 4\.1
  • •\- Ipsilateral cervical rotation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of previous cervical or thoracic spine surgery
  • •Bilateral upper\-extremity svmptoms
  • •Any Neurological conditions like upper motor neuron disease. GBS. peripheral neuropathy
