Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 20\-40 years
  • Unilateral upper\-extremity pain, paresthesia, or numbnessl
  • Diagnosed by the Orthopedician with X ray Investigation for the Cervical
  • 3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
  • \- Upper\-Limb Tension Test
  • Annexure 4\.1
  • \- Ipsilateral cervical rotation

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of previous cervical or thoracic spine surgery
  • Bilateral upper\-extremity svmptoms
  • Any Neurological conditions like upper motor neuron disease. GBS. peripheral neuropathy
