Inclusion Criteria

Ischemic chest pain that is not recovered by oxygen, aspirin, and 3 sublingual nitroglycerin receptors
Initial systolic blood pressure above 100 mmHg
Initial oxygen saturation above 95%

Exclusion Criteria

Patients under the eighteen years old
Pregnancy
Sensitivity to morphine or fentanyl
Traumatic injury
Cognitive impairment

Severity of pain after prescribing. Timepoint: After 2, 6, 10 and 15 minutes after using the drug. Method of measurement: From 1 to 10 (Based on numerical scale).;Blood pressure.
