1.Patients diagnosed with TB.
2.Age more than 18 years and less than 70 years.
3.Patients who are willing to give informed consent.
4.If patient has one or more of the following:
1.BMI less than 16 kg/m2
2.Unintentional weight loss greater than 15% within the last 3â??6 months
3.Little or no nutritional intake for more than 10 days
4.Low levels of phosphate prior to feeding
OR
1.Patient has two or more of the following:
2.BMI less than 18.5 kg/m2
3.Unintentional weight loss greater than 10% within the last 3â??6 months
4.Little or no nutritional intake for more than 5 days
5.A history of alcohol abuse or drugs including insulin, chemotherapy, antacids or diuretics
1.Vulnerable patients: Pregnant women and mentally challenged patients

Name Time Method Incidence of Refeeding syndrome in TB patients, Calorie intake estimation in Refeeding syndrome, Risk factors of refeeding syndrome.Timepoint: Incidence of Refeeding syndrome in TB patients, Calorie intake estimation in Refeeding syndrome and Risk factors of refeeding syndrome will be assessed after 6 months.
