入选标准
- •1. Age 35-85 years old
- •2. Severe OA knee (KL III-IV) with chronic knee pain > 3 mo.
- •3. Failure to conservative treatments including physical therapy and non-opioid analgesics
- •4. Ability to use methoxyflurane inhaler
排除标准
- •1. Refusal patients
- •2. BW < 45 kg
- •3. Allergy to any study medication (fluorinated anesthetics, lidocaine, steroid)
- •4. Personal or family history of malignant hyperthermia
- •5. Cardiorespiratory disease e.g. arrhythmia, ischemic heart disease, chronic lung disease
- •6. Hepatic/renal dysfunction
- •7. Seizure disorder
- •8. Uncontrolled bleeding disorder
- •9. Poorly controlled psychiatric condition including active substance use disorder and personality disorder
- •10. Un-cooperated patients
