1) patients scheduled to be performed craniotomy
2) aged 19-65
3) American Society of Anesthesiologist class I-II
4) informed consent
1)Scheduled to be sedated after craniotomy, or unable to communicate after surgery
2)Glasgo Coma Scale < 9
3)IICP = 15 mmHg
4)Reoperation
5)Gastric disease
6)Pregnancy, antidepressant medication
7)Anticancer chemotherapy, chronic opioid use
8)Chronic nausea and vomiting symptom, antiemetics use within 24 h
9)Allergy or contraindication to study medication
10)Severe renal (Serum Cr > 1.6 mg/dl) , or hepatic insufficiency (liver enzymes more than 2 times normal value)
