入选标准
- •1) patients scheduled to be performed craniotomy
- •2) aged 19-65
- •3) American Society of Anesthesiologist class I-II
- •4) informed consent
排除标准
- •1)Scheduled to be sedated after craniotomy, or unable to communicate after surgery
- •2)Glasgo Coma Scale < 9
- •3)IICP = 15 mmHg
- •4)Reoperation
- •5)Gastric disease
- •6)Pregnancy, antidepressant medication
- •7)Anticancer chemotherapy, chronic opioid use
- •8)Chronic nausea and vomiting symptom, antiemetics use within 24 h
- •9)Allergy or contraindication to study medication
- •10)Severe renal (Serum Cr > 1.6 mg/dl) , or hepatic insufficiency (liver enzymes more than 2 times normal value)
