Inclusion Criteria
BRUNNSTROM RECOVERY STAGE 1-3
Patient complaining of shoulder pain post stroke.5
Patient with scapular dyskinesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Vunerable or uncooperative patient.
2)Fear of needle13.
3)Skin problems, wounds, or infection on affected shoulder.
4)A history of allergy to KT.
5)Patient with fibromayalgia.
6)Shoulder subluxation.
7)Adhesive capsulitis of shoulder.
