Inclusion Criteria

1) Admitted to the geriatric ward or the Alterstraumatologisches Zentrum” of the Klinikum Oldenburg; 2) ability to stand with support for at least three minutes; 3) medical clearance to conduct the two maneuvers; 4) capacity to provide written and dated informed consent.

Acute delirium

What is the sensitivity and specificity of drops in blood pressure from the supine to the sitting position in the diagnosis of OH?<br>We will record blood pressure changes during these maneuvers continuously using the Finapres(R) NOVA Basic system, which allows a beat-to-beat analysis using a finger cuff.
