Inclusion Criteria
1.Age 40 years and above.
2.All genders.
3.Symptoms persist for at least 3 months.
4.Minimal loss and painful active and passive range of motion in capsular pattern .
Exclusion Criteria
1.Recent history of any major trauma or surgery around glenohumeral joint
2.Recurrent dislocation of glenohumeral joint
3.Neurological disorders.
4.Unwilling to participate in the study
