Players having greater limitation in internal rotation with a loss of total arc of
motion when compared with the contralateral side and/or a greater than 25°
decrease in internal rotation compared with the contralateral side.
Players who have limitation in overhead reach in frontal plane.
Players with limited shoulder abduction and shoulder rotations due to any under
lying shoulder pathology.
Subject with pain and restricted in the capsular pattern and difficulty in ADL
Players who attend practice sessions for at least 3 days a week will be included.
Subjects were excluded if they had a surgical procedure to shoulder less than 4
weeks.
Subjects with total shoulder arthroplasty.
Subjects with Reflex sympathetic dystrophy and related syndromes also
rheumatoid arthritis.
History of fracture and dislocation of the shoulder and elbow.
Subjects with diabetes mellitus.
