Students with sufficient knowledge of the German language who present themselves at the counseling centers of the Studentenwerk SH due to mental stress, who could benefit from ACT for Health from the counselors' point of view and who are interested in participating in the ACT for Health training
Students who are foreseeably unable to participate regularly and fully in the training offered and/or acute suicidal tendencies and mental illnesses of a degree of severity for which prompt, disorder-specific therapy in an inpatient setting is indicated

Name Time Method Change in psychological flexibility at the end of the ACT for Health training, which is recorded using specific questionnaires (Questionnaire for Acceptance and Action II (FAH-II) and Multidimensional Psychological Flexibility Inventory (MPFI))
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in psychological stress, ability to regulate emotions, health-related quality of life, psychological resilience and self-compassion at the end of the ACT for Health training, which are also measured using specific questionnaires that have proven to be valid and reliable for measuring the constructs (e.g. DASS-21, SEK-27, SF12v2, SCS-SF)
