入选标准
- •Patients with low Transsphicteric fistula in ano between the age group of 20 to 60 years, despite of gender and religion
- •Length of fistula track should be within 3-10cm
- •Patients with classical sign symptoms of Ushtragriva Bhagandar (Rakta Pidika, Daha, Ksharadagdha)
排除标准
- •Patients with other systemic illnesses like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Malignancy, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and Retrovirus positive
- •Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum and anal canal, rectal prolapse
- •Patients having Pelvic pathology and Pregnancy
- •Patient not fit for anaesthesia.
- •Patients having fistula in ano other than low Transsphincteric fistula
