Inclusion Criteria

Patients with low Transsphicteric fistula in ano between the age group of 20 to 60 years, despite of gender and religion

Length of fistula track should be within 3-10cm

Patients with classical sign symptoms of Ushtragriva Bhagandar (Rakta Pidika, Daha, Ksharadagdha)

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with other systemic illnesses like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Malignancy, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and Retrovirus positive

Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum and anal canal, rectal prolapse

Patients having Pelvic pathology and Pregnancy

Patient not fit for anaesthesia.

Patients having fistula in ano other than low Transsphincteric fistula
