Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All The Patients Recruited In Milann Fertility Centre For Art
  • •2\.Patients In Whom 4 Germinal Vesicles Can Be Retrieved
  • •3\.Patients Aged Between 25 And 40 Years Will Be Included
  • •4\.Patients Who Are Willing To Participate In The Research Study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients Who Are Suffering From Sexually Transmitted Diseases
  • •2\.Patients Aged Above 40 Years
  • •3\.Patients Who Are Not Willing To Participate In The Study
  • •4\.Male Partner Whose Sperms Have Abnormal Morphology
