Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •20 to 35 years; amateur runner beginners; Up to 1 year of practice; Maximum of 10 km per week; ; Positive Step Down Test.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The volunteers will not be able to present surgical history of the joints of the lower limb, patients with cardiorespiratory and neuromuscular disorders, or any other condition that prevents the participant from performing the proposed tasks, as well as those that do not agree with the terms for participating in the research, provided for in the Informed Consent Form \- ICF
