1.Female adolescent athletes from high intensity sports like marathon, Gymnasts, high jump and long jump.
2.Age 13-18 years
3.Diagnosed cases of Eating Disorders as per DSM V criteria for eating disorders
4.The athletes who have Capacity to decide their willingness for treatment
5.The athletes who use their Autonomy for willingness for treatment
6.Daily dietary intake between 1800-2500 Kcal/ day
7.Participate in a structured day care program at least 3 days a week
8.Maximum level of competition at School athletes.
9.Maximum 2 years of athletic training.
. BMI < 14Kg/m2 and BMI >25 Kg/m2
2. Any neurological problem as reported by the subject other than the eating disorder.
3. Any orthopedic problem in the last six months.
4. Intake of Psychotropic drugs.
5. Patients with suicidal/ self harm tendencies
6. Excessive exercisers >6 hrs per week
7. Refusal to sign the informed consent by both parents and subject
8. Unable to stick to the training protocol for 12 weeks.
9. Contraindications to for doing Physical activity.
