Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals aged 18 years and above
- •Individuals undergoing inpatient care at YMCH
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals who refuse to participate
- •People who are severely mentally disturbed, which includes people who expresses suicidal intent would be dropped from the study (referral to psychiatrist support would be made)
- •Persons who initially expresses willingness and later withdraws to participate in the study would be excluded from the study
- •Individuals who are moved to intensive care unit would be excluded due to deterioration in their health condition.
- •Discontinuation criteria:
- •Participants refusal to continue with the study
