- •Chronic Kidney Disease Patients- Non-Dialysis Dependent
- •< 10 g/dl after 3 months of adequate weight-based EPO Dosing
- •CKD Dialysis dependent patients on adequate dialysis i.e.2/3 times a week
- •Ferritin >100 ng/dl
- •T Sat >20%
排除标准
- •Haematological Malignancy
- •Hemoglobinopathies
- •Active Bleeding
- •Sepsis or Septic Shock
- •Systemic Immunosupression Therapy
- •Pregnancy / Lactation
- •Severe Hyperparathyroidism ( Intact PTH >9 times normal )
