- •Children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 years; BMI (body mass index) above the 90th BMI percentile of the respective age group.
排除标准
- •Children/adolescents and their families or relatives do not have sufficient motivation for behavioral changes; children/adolescents with insufficient group ability or with intellectual handicaps (only for concept modules in the group setting);
- •Children/adolescents with manifest mental disorders;
- •Secondary and syndromal obesity (e.g., Prader-Willi syndrome);
- •non-existent informed consent
