Children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 years; BMI (body mass index) above the 90th BMI percentile of the respective age group.
Children/adolescents and their families or relatives do not have sufficient motivation for behavioral changes; children/adolescents with insufficient group ability or with intellectual handicaps (only for concept modules in the group setting);
Children/adolescents with manifest mental disorders;
Secondary and syndromal obesity (e.g., Prader-Willi syndrome);

Name Time Method Assign children and adolescents aged 8 to 17 years with a BMI (body mass index) above the 90th BMI percentile to obesity therapy and provide structured support using case management and documentation of treatment in a structured manner; description of treatment pathways; dropout from obesity therapy and study participation.
