All children between 1 to 12 years of age with diagnosis of steriod sensitive nephrotic syndrome
secondary Nephrotic syndrome
congenital nephrotic syndrome
steriod resistant nephrotic syndrome
nephritic syndrome
patient who have taken zinc theraphy in last 3 months
age < 1year and > 12year
chronic infection (TB)
severe Iron deficiency anemia
patients whose parent didnt give consent
