Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 20 â?? 60 yrs
- •Closed and open head injuries
- •GCS less than 6\. If patients were intubated, GCS was adjusted and components of eye responses and motor were only included
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient who are sedated and paralysed
- •Severe cardiac arrhythmia
- •Peripheral nerve injury
- •Associated spinal cord injury
