Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Patients with ASA I,II,III GRADE
- •2) Patients with schedule of surgery for more than 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Undergoing surgeries of oral cavity and pharynx with anticipated difficult airway.
- •2. Use of nasogastric tube and throat packs.
- •3. History of smoking, history of Bronchial Asthma and COPD.
- •4. Using corticosteroids before surgery.
- •5. Intubation attempts more than once.
- •6. Patient refusal in participation in the study.
- •7. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
