Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with ASA I,II,III GRADE
- •2\) Patients with schedule of surgery for more than 2 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Undergoing surgeries of oral cavity and pharynx with anticipated difficult airway.
- •2\. Use of nasogastric tube and throat packs.
- •3\. History of smoking, history of Bronchial Asthma and COPD.
- •4\. Using corticosteroids before surgery.
- •5\. Intubation attempts more than once.
- •6\. Patient refusal in participation in the study.
- •7\. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics.
