入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients age ranging from 18 to 50 years.
- •2.Presenting with single or multiple minor Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer of less than 48 hours duration.
- •3.Ulcers must be in locations easily accessible for evaluation and treatment, such as the buccal mucosa, labial mucosa, floor of the mouth & tongue
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy and lactation.
- •2.History of allergies to Aloe Vera and Amlexanox.
- •3.Patients on Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs), immune modulatory agents or systemic antibiotics.
- •4.Patients on any other oral topical medication.
- •5.Patients with bleeding disorders.
- •6.Patients on corticosteroid therapy.
- •7.Ulcers as manifestation of systemic diseases.
