Inclusion Criteria

1. Post discharge SAR-COV-2 (COVID-19 virus) pneumonia subjects, aged greater than 18 years old
2. Healthy subjects aged greater than 18 years old (age, sex-matched)

Exclusion Criteria

1. Unable to perform spirometry and IOS
2. Spirometry and IOS not met standardization
3. Unable to understand Thai language
