- •1.Age between 18 to 80 years of age and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I, II and III.
- •2.Patients undergoing exploratory laparotomy by midline incision for colorectal cancer surgery.
- •3.Patients giving consent for the procedure
排除标准
- •1.Infection at injection site
- •2.Allergy to local anesthetics
- •3.Coagulation disorders
- •4.Severe obesity (BMI > 40)
- •5.Physical or mental diseases which could interfere with the evaluation of pain scores.
- •6.Kidney failure
- •7.Liver failure
