Inclusion Criteria
1. Children with diagnosed Spastic Cerebral palsy
2. Gross Motor Function Classification System I,II,III
3. Ability to understand commands
4. Aged between 8 and 15 years
5. Ability to ambulate with or without aids
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children who have serious respiratory conditions
2. Children who have had recent orthopedic surgeries limiting their exercise participation
