Inclusion Criteria

1. Subject having age group 5 to 12 years will be selected irrespective of gender with following criteria.

2. Classical symptoms of TAMAKA Shawasa as per CharakSamita(Chikitsa 17/60)like kasa(cough) ,urahghurghrta(wheezing) , shwaskrichhata(dyspnea) etc of mild to moderate degree.5

3. Patient suffered with at least2 attack of dyspnoea will be selected.

4. Patient already on Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) for acute attack will be taken after discontinuation of treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Severe case of Asthma like status asthmatics

2. Known case of acute respiratory infection like pneumonia, Bronchitis, whooping cough.

3. Known case of congenital heart disease.

4. Known case of chronic infections like Tuberculosis.
