- •Tooth with necrotic pulp at the start of treatment
- •- Root growth not yet completed, apex at least 1 mm open
- •- Consent of the patient / legal guardian to participate in the study
- •- Patient has reached the age of 6 years
排除标准
- •- Patients who are unable to give consent due to a disability
- •- Patients with chronic systemic diseases
- •- Allergy to an antibiotic that is used
- •- Periodontal disease
- •- Teeth with root fracture at initial presentation
- •- Signs of internal or external resorption at the start of treatment
- •- Drug, alcohol consumption
- •- Nicotine abuse
- •- Lack of compliance
- •- No consent to study participation by patient or legal guardian
