Inclusion Criteria
Confirmed covid patient with hypoxia
1.who have the following O2 requirements:
i.Nasal Cannula O2
ii.Venti Mask
iii.Non-Rebreather Mask
2.Bilateral infiltrate on chest Xray
3.Grossly hemodynamically stable
4.Able to adjust their own position
5.Can communicate on their own
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal to participate
2.Patient unable to co-operate
3.Respiratory distress (RR >= 40, accessory muscle use) â??
4.Immediate need for intubation â??
5.Haemodynamic instability (SBP < 90mmHg) or arrhythmia â??
6.Agitation or altered mental status
7.Unstable spine/thoracic injury/recent abdominal surgery
8.Pregnancy (2/3rd trimester)
9.Multiorgan failure
