入选标准
- •Confirmed covid patient with hypoxia
- •1.who have the following O2 requirements:
- •i.Nasal Cannula O2
- •ii.Venti Mask
- •iii.Non-Rebreather Mask
- •2.Bilateral infiltrate on chest Xray
- •3.Grossly hemodynamically stable
- •4.Able to adjust their own position
- •5.Can communicate on their own
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal to participate
- •2.Patient unable to co-operate
- •3.Respiratory distress (RR >= 40, accessory muscle use) â??
- •4.Immediate need for intubation â??
- •5.Haemodynamic instability (SBP < 90mmHg) or arrhythmia â??
- •6.Agitation or altered mental status
- •7.Unstable spine/thoracic injury/recent abdominal surgery
- •8.Pregnancy (2/3rd trimester)
- •9.Multiorgan failure
