Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To assess correlation of serial VEXUS score and AKI in patients with sepsis/septic shock in ICUTimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Whether addition of RRI to VEXUS score will add sensitivity to predict AKITimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether change in VEXUS score predicts AKI earlier then creatinine or urine output changeTimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether individual components of VEXUS score correlated with AKITimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether VEXUS score correlate with all-cause mortality at ICU dischargeTimepoint: At ICU discharge;Whether VEXUS score correlate with ICU stay & mechanical ventilation daysTimepoint: At discharge/death from ICU;Whether VEXUS score correlate with requirement of Renal Replacement TherapyTimepoint: ay 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier
