Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria : informed written consent; Age more than 18 years old

Exclusion criteria :length of stay in ICU less than 48 hours; patients who expected to expire in less than 48 hours; use of paralyzing agents, psychiatric problems ; inability to move hands( cast, paralyzed hands, cord injery) , addiction
