Inclusion Criteria
Heavy alcohol drinker;
Willingness to use a smartphone;
Sometimes feelings of loneliness and alcohol cravings.
Exclusion Criteria
No severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary heart disease or heart failure;
Body mass index is not over 35 or under 18;
No uncorrectable visual or hearing impairment;
No pregnancy.

Name Time Method The UCLA Loneliness Scale and the Penn Alcohol Craving Scale scores before and after the intervention.
