Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age 18 years and above.
  • •ASA Grade 1 or 2\.
  • •Unilateral Adhesive capsulitis stage 1 or 2\.
  • •Patient not responding to physiotherapy or medical therapy up to three months.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pre existing neurologic deficit.
  • •Coagulation disorders.
  • •Local infection at the site of procedure.
  • •Allergic to local anaesthetic agent.
  • •Patients with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis causing shoulder pain.
